It is so hard to believe 3 years ago at this time I got the worst news of my life!!! The news that has changed myself, my life, and our boys , and their lives forever!! Life s not the same without you here and we are not the same without you here. The boys and I Love You More than anything in the world. We will continue to carry on the many memories of you and I will forever tell our boys all about you and all the goofy little things you did!! I hope you are proud of the way I am raising out boys and the choices I am making. Im trying to make you proud. As you know I keep them very active in sports. Just like I know you would have. As we mourn your loss we will forever keep you close to our hearts and forever keep the memories of you alive. We LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE and MISS MISS MISS MISS you forever and ever. XOXOXOXOXOXO

Just wanted to let the Cortez family know you are all still in our thoughts and prayers. George paid the ultimate price and you sacrificed a wonderful man to keep our community safe. Thank you.
